I made a mini art work for my baby nephew. His name is Dylan and my family has started calling him Dilly or Dill Pickle so I wanted to make something dill pickle themed for his room.
I used a 6×8″ piece of Etchu Hagaki for the background and cut and pasted Moriki Kozo shaped pickles in Lime. I used a variety of papers to make the pickle outfits, including Moriki Kozo, Metal Momi, Nepalese (available in-store) and solid colour and shimmer card stocks (available in-store).
I used the Micron Pens (available in-store) in black to draw the jar, lid, and some of the details on the pickles. I also used watercolours to paint a light brine in the jar.
