And if all that wasn’t enough reason to come… just added is a Pop-up Postal Outlet from Toronto’s First Post Office Museum!

Every letter needs postage to be complete!  TFPO will have a variety stamps available to mix and match and get your message on it’s way.  Not to mention, cool info and facts about the history of the Post Office in Toronto! Neat-o!

Toronto’s First Post Office is a museum, National Historic Site, and fully functioning Post Office operated by the Town of York Historical Society.  Dating back to 1833, this building is one of few left standing from the Old Town of York, and the oldest purpose-built PO in Canada.  From the cozy Reading Room, you can still write a letter with a quill pen, seal it with wax and even mail it from the same post office that served the citizens of the new city.  From this communications hub on Adelaide Street East, the Society continues to tell the story of the Town of York and early Toronto.

See you there!
